Stimulation of these sensors plays an important role in how we can maintain an upright posture, activate our postural muscles and dynamically control impact forces.

Within the concept, you can choose from three types of mats: BODY MIND MAT - STANDING MAT - TRAINING MAT - PRO MAT. They differ according to the sharpness of the texture.
